About

Audrey Active World's story. My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Having a background in dance and cheerleading has helped me live a fit and healthy lifestyle. Since 2009 I've been teaching fitness and a variety of dance classes to children and adults of all ages. My personal pre and post natal experience has enhanced my passion for fitness and has inspired me to really want to help others. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession.
Active World strives to provide all participants with high quality sessions that are both enjoyable, challenging, and in some cases educational.
