I’m a qualified Parent & Birth coach with the incredible Our Baby Club and I’m so proud to be supporting local families from bump to birth and beyond. Having grown up around Flixton and Urmston, I’m really proud to be able to support local expectant couples. My antenatal courses are relaxed and friendly, informative four session courses. I’ve been supporting local families postnatally for 8 years as a baby massage instructor, empowering families once they have birthed their child. I decided it was time to help you before baby arrives too, so I can be there from bump to birth and beyond. I’m a FEDANT accredited Birth & Parent Coach. You'll get all the latest stats based research, plenty of parenting insights and life hacks, presented and discussed with you in an honest and unbiased forum. To mix it up we keep it interactive (note no cringe inducing role play) and throw in a good dose of humour! Not to mention a constant supply of delicious refreshments and an array of socials with your newly made gang of friends.Antenatal course includes a delicious Afternoon Tea and Goody bag. You will have FUN, I promise! Baby Massage is ran as a 5 week course - it's baby-led so throughout the sessions we will check in with baby to ensure they are happy and relaxed. If your baby would like to feed, cuddle or sleep during our session then they are more than welcome to do so, all strokes will be repeated the following week so you will be able to watch and join in.

After running my postnatal business for nearly 8 years & empowering families once they have birthed their child AND after hearing many birthing stories during my time teaching (I’ve had the pleasure of teaching 150 families in and around Urmston up to now) I decided it was time to help empower you, BEFORE your baby arrives so that you have the antenatal knowledge & power to make informed choices right from the get go, so that you have the tools & techniques to birth the way that most suits you and your growing family.
