I offer 5 week Baby Massage & Baby Yoga courses in Bishop's Stortford & Newport, Saffron Walden. These are a wonderful way to ease yourself into the exciting world of baby groups, particularly if you're a brand new parent. They're perfect for babies from newborn to crawling and as I only ever take a maximum of 8 or 9 parents on any course, the class environment isn't overwhelming for you or your baby. A gentle class, helping you learn a new skill with your baby and giving you the chance for an adult conversation in your day.
About
I qualified as a CIMI (Certified Infant Massage Instructor) with IAIM (International Association of Infant Massage) in 2010 and have taught many new families over the years. I come from a Children's Centre background in East London so have long worked with mothers with Post-Natal Depression, in social isolation, those suffering domestic abuse and hard to reach families. Since starting my own business in January 2020 I've been lucky enough to meet and support many new parents in Bishop's Stortford & Saffron Walden. This year, 2021, I also qualified with Birthlight achieving my Baby Yoga Diploma. These classes are a wonderful continuation from Baby Massage.
I have 2 young children of my own and love that I get to teach in my home town. I'm always ready to listen and endeavour to make my classes so much more than just a baby class - I hope that they're a safe space for you to come, relax and enjoy being with your baby and where you know you'll be listened to, respected and looked after in the early days of parenting.
