Baby Tone classes are aerobic sessions designed for new mums to begin getting back in shape together, without the need for childcare. Classes consist of 45 minutes of low-intensity aerobics, using your baby as resistance, to provide muscle conditioning and improve cardiovascular fitness. Includes music tracks for both mums and babies!
