I offer prenatal yoga classes to help mum prepare mentally and physically for labour, birth and beyond. We learn breathing techniques to relieve stress and aid with sleep during pregnancy and to help calm the nervous system during labour. The yoga posses are sympathetic to mums individual needs, taking into account the amazing physical and psychological changes that are occurring. Above all it is a sacred space to practice yoga with other expectant mums. To share and to make friends. Postnatal and mum & baby classes are designed to slowly rebuild build mums strength in a supportive environment.
