Postnatal Classes are designed to regain your strength, release tension, and offer a bit of play with poses to feel energised & empowered. The best time spent in self care with your baby by your side. Pregnancy classes are designed to encourage movement, maintain a healthy body, relief pregnancy aches and feel energised & prepared for birth. A great way of staying active without worrying you’re going too far for baby.

I teach vinyasa flow and also specialise in pregnancy and post natal yoga, inspired by not long becoming a proud mum to a little boy. My motto is to smile your way to better health, and my classes are reflective of this. Productive, but with a good healthy dose of fun as you build your strength and flexibility.
