I'm Erin, a mum of 4 and a lover of getting outside! After my first two children I developed a love for fitness and supporting other women. This spurred me into going back to college to get my qualifications. After my first year of uni I had my third (and most difficult) child and then number four joined the party!
Throughout my parenting journey I have experienced a variety of problems from anxiety to poor fitness, Buggyfit has been a real lifeline to help me and plenty others.
