From initial recuperation in your first six weeks, through those tough times of getting back into your jeans and onto those new levels of fitness – and most of this from behind your buggy or pram.
I am an ex artistic gymnast, hurdler and triple jumper. Currently I do Pole dancing, cross country running and adventure sports. I have a degree in PE & Sports Science, I have an advanced diploma in Personal Training, Buggyfit, Pilates, Older Adults Fitness, Bootcamps, Circuits, Boxercise, TRX, Sports Conditioning and Nutrition.
