A busylizzy membership is a ‘must have’ for parents looking to enjoy fun & friendly pregnancy and postnatal fitness (no childcare required), baby and toddler classes with like-minded new friends.

About

Traditionally Busylizzy has offered a physical service as a boutique family club running fun and friendly pregnancy and postnatal fitness classes and a range of brilliant baby and toddler activity sessions.
But, with many families having to self-isolate and group activities being discouraged in order to contain the spread of Coronavirus, we have to think differently!
To continue a sense of community in the face of potential isolation and help support the mental health and physical wellbeing of our members in this time of great uncertainty, we are bringing the Busylizzy service to a virtual environment to offer a slice of our usual ‘fitness and fun’ online.
