Peaceful Practice has been supporting the local community for over 30 years . Specialist areas are women's health-from unexplained infertility to the Menopause and everything in between.. Yoga, and a variety of healing therapies are offered, which explore physiological, emotional, mental & spiritual imbalances. and seek to unfold the innate inner teacher connection within us all.
