What Crossfit says

An exercise program that builds strength and fitness for Mum’s (and Dads)post birth. Our nannies also look after your little ones onsite. ​ A great stress free hour where we look after mum/dad and baby. Parents gets that much needed endorphin kick, while their baba gets to interact with other little ones. Our program has become popular with dads on pat leave and we couldnt be happier to include them.
