An exercise program that builds strength and fitness for Mum’s (and Dads)post birth. Our nannies also look after your little ones onsite. A great stress free hour where we look after mum/dad and baby. Parents gets that much needed endorphin kick, while their baba gets to interact with other little ones. Our program has become popular with dads on pat leave and we couldnt be happier to include them.

Here at CrossFit Tooting, we offer 2 Fitness Programs geared towards new mums/parents
Our MoveWellMom + MakeMomStrong program.

Our MoveWellMom Program can be attended by a mum from as early as 6 weeks postpartum.
It's a post natal rehab and strength program for mums in the early stages of motherhood. It's a great class to focus on regaining your confidence in training, helping rebuild your body and focus on your pelvic health. Using a pelvic physio-led program designed to get mums back into their training, we have worked with mums and women's health physios in the local area for over a decade.

Our MakeMomStrong Program is our CrossFit Program designed for mums to explore CrossFit safely and push themselves to handstand, lift, pull and push themselves into a new training program that sees them stronger than ever before. Our mums are an inspirational lot and love our sessions as they learn new ways to be strong and find a love and passion for training.

Both programs run Monday-Friday at CrossFit Tooting with our free creche onsite. Our creche team are incredible with the little ones and become family to many a mom that uses them. The creche has a soft play area as well chairs, walkers and activities for older kids too. The nannies take care of your little ones while you workout.
