What Debutots says

Debutots is all about stories, along with dramatic play and wrap-around activities to help your children exercise their imaginations, develop their confidence, build a foundation for literacy, strengthen awareness of others, problem solve and, above all, do all this while having lots of fun! We will be singing songs with actions, sounds and making facial expression to explore themes, moods and emotions; playing games to introduce characters; listening to, taking part in and retelling original Debutots' stories; have live music and song, topped off with a cool down and meditative goodbye. All of our stories are written to complement and supplement learning outcomes for EYFS and KS1 and our online delivery allows for children to socialise with others at a time, currently, when interaction with friends is vital to their well-being.

Hi, I’m Jo!
I'm a trained musical theatre actor turned theatre director turned teacher and early years practitioner!
For as long as I can remember performing and the arts has been my one big love. So much so that it has gone onto inspire my professional life. Having been a youth theatre leader for 10+ years, I have had the pleasure of watching children grow in confidence both in themselves and the world around them. I know how powerful and exciting involvement within drama can be!
