Shore Family 

We provide a relaxed, non-judgemental space for you and your family to discover a little more about yourselves. Whether it is how to:

- Exercise safely through pregnancy yoga

- Rebuild postnatal strength in our Mum and Baby Yoga

- Help your children learn about mindfulness

- Have fun while learning yoga as a family

- Or simply build confidence in your own practice

We have a safe space for you. Our teachers are specially trained in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga as well as additional services such as Antenatal/ Postnatal Care, Breastfeeding Support and Coaching/ Mentoring.
