About This Mama Rises

Welcome! I’m Lottie, mum of two, FEDANT accredited antenatal teacher, postnatal mental wellbeing practitioner, PND ‘survivor’ Big Dreamer, who is constantly searching for that happy medium between freedom and dependence, community and calling the world my home.

Mama Rising – Postnatal Wellbeing

Mama Rising sessions are your opportunity to breathe, to reconnect with yourself and stay grounded and present. These sessions help get you out of your own head, tune out the never-ending thoughts and dampen the head chatter.

Parents To Be – Antenatal Education

This 12 hour course focuses on mentally and emotionally preparing you for your baby’s arrival.

Spread over 5 sessions, we cover:
Preparing for your labour & birth
Taking Baby Home
Safe sleep, crying and feeding
Delicious afternoon tea with cake!

Matrescence Coaching

Matrescence changes the way we support a mother that finally acknowledges the physical, emotional, psychological, cultural and personal changes she goes through.

Finding Balance & Peace

Being a new mama can be an incredible joy and responsibility, yet can simultaneously feel like its own unique version of chaos. One minute you’re full of hope for the future; the next moment feelings of anxiousness overwhelm as questions arise.
Together, let’s break free from the overwhelming uncertainty that comes with motherhood, go beyond feeling alone, and start trusting yourself again.
