About Us

Who Are We?

We are an Anglican Church in the Diocese of Sheffield, situated in the centre of Hatfield. We are a diverse congregation, passionate about serving our Lord Jesus Christ in our local community. You might see us at the DN7 Foodbank supporting those who need help buying food, or delivering assemblies in our local schools. We’re here for all your big life events too, and we love to meet together on Sunday Mornings and Wednesday Mornings at our regular services. Find out more about us below…

Services

Everyone is welcome to attend services here at St Lawrence – there is no dress code and free parking can be found in the public car park next to church.

9:45am – 1st and 3rd Sundays of the Month – Café Church (an informal service)

10am – 2nd and 4th Sundays – Eucharist

6:30pm – 1st and 3rd Sundays – Evening Service

10am – Wednesday Mornings – Said Eucharist

Had my son’s christening here today. What a beautiful service. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. It reminded me a lot of my childhood church. We will definitely be back for the next all ages service.
