What Find You FITT says

👶What is Mama a FITT class? 👶 It’s a bit like a stay and play with a fitness twist! A 45 minute circuit class with lots of different exercises where you can choose your level of intensity… and you can bring your little one with you! Some babies nap, some play with the toys, practice their rolling and make friends, and the older ones can often be found joining in or enjoying snacks! It’s for all mums, all ages, all shapes, all sizes, whether you bottle feed, breastfeed, sleep train or co-sleep, whether you spoon feed or baby led wean, whether you are going back to work or not. This is a place that is inclusive. It’s a place you can make friends and feel supported. It’s for mums who want to exercise safely - getting a great workout while respecting any changes that pregnancy or birth has bought about. It’s for you. We are on hand to help cuddle or play with your little one while you workout. We will ask about how your week has been while we wall squat. We will keep you motivated and believe in how far you have come. Some weeks we get that you need to take it easy. That leaving the house was a big deal.
