I am a personal trainer who is specialized in working with postnatal mums. I have designed a training program for postnatal mums who want an outdoor workout with their little one. This is amazing way for mum and bub to spend time on fresh air, get active and meet other mums with bubs.
Being a mum is very challenging. Very often we forget about ourselves as being overwhelmed with all new tasks and duties that we have. Al; of that is very often accompanied with mothers guilt ( 'no, it's not fair that I take care of myself' etc.) - that is not right way of thinking. We should remember one thing that I keep remembering my clients - HAPPY MUM = HAPPY BABY! That's why it is so important that we find time for ourselves. And to make it easier - you bring your little one with you so you do not need to worry about childcare.
There is a long list of benefits for postnatal mums from exercise. Here are some of them:
