A pre-school movement class that focuses on body awareness and the development of gross motor skills working on coordination, balance and strength as well as improving concentration and confidence. Children explore acro and dance moves, including a range of different fun activities, games with props and music. Elements of dance and yoga enrich this class with fabulous themed weeks including animals, weather and transport, to expand knowledge and skills in a fun and supportive environment. Parents are encouraged to stay and play or drop and collect.
