What Kalm Community says

Classes are based around our 5 stages of: 🏃‍♀️ MOVE - We start our classes with simple movements to shake off the day. 🧠 MIND - We like to check in individually with each child to see how they are feeling. 👨‍🎨 MAKE - We like to involve all the children in a fun activity. 🗣️ MANTRA - We like to use positive affirmations & mantras. 🧘 MEDITATE - We like to finish class on a mini meditation or breathing exercise.
