Classes are designed to release achy back & shoulders, improve posture and restore your body for daily function so you can move more freely and become more active. Bring your baby and let them sleep, play or watch as you get some exercise and precious 'me time'. I am a specialist in pre & postnatal Pilates and qualified in Designing Exercise Programmes for Pre & Postnatal Clients.
