MINI FIRST AID OXFORDSHIRE

First aid for all the family

What Mini First Aid says

About

I’m a local Mum of four and a highly experienced first responder. My path into medical care began after my husband kept getting injured in rugby games; I found out they did not have a medic to look after them, so I became trained, qualified and stepped in! I then realised I had found my niche in helping people through first aid and trained further to work for South Central Ambulance Service for a number of years. After taking a career break while my children were very small, I am now excited to share my considerable skills and experience with families in the local community by teaching new and expecting families the baby and child first aid skills that everyone should know. I have four children: three boys Charlie, Alfie, Eddie and Ella. With one son into Martial arts and my youngest into climbing, I am well versed in first aid for little ones, recalling one instance where my husband called from the garden “What do you suggest for a nail in the foot?!” One of My son’s is autistic, so I am well aware of the challenges this presents to so many families. I am also looking forward to helping to teach parents strategies to help children on the spectrum during first aid situations.
