Our fully COVID secure studio has baby changing, buggy ramp and a pram station alongside excellent membership offers, including drop ins, bundle class passes and monthly memberships, meaning you have the flexibility you need to make it fit with your schedule. And we know how unpracticable life can be even before your little ones gets involved! For mums to be, Sundays provide an hour’s haven to train safely with Prenatal Fitness, a full body workout incorporating low impact movements to help strengthen and condition the body. There’s more exiting prenatal classes coming soon! For new mums, the world’s your oyster with our Fit Mamma class, a mums-only class supporting new mums through a progressive bootcamp style session. Or maybe childcare is an issue and you need to bring your little one along? If so, Buggy Tribe is the perfect class, with a high energy workout incorporating strength and cardio elements that are both safe & effective. If you’re little one is a bit older, our Saturday Mum & Baby class will definitely fit the bill – a playful, interactive dance & fitness class where you can get fit & have fun.
