What No Sweat Mama says
Having had a baby 9 months ago and now that covid seems to have quietened down - No Sweat Mama is happy to announce the launch of our new classes around South East London!
The workouts are designed to get you moving, while having fun with your baby and meeting other new mamas. The sessions will be made up of a walk and talk, warm up, some circuits (option to use your baby as a weight!) and a cool down.
You can push yourself as much or as little as you would like - they are designed to be enjoyable!
Workouts are suitable for wherever you are in your postnatal journey as long as you have been signed off to exercise by the doctor.
