Description
Bring your baby / child and workout in London Fields. Meeting Point is London Fields Lido.
Jennifer, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a pre and post natal exercise specialist will lead you through the class with exercises that are safe and effective for you.
Please bring a water bottle, exercise mat or picnic blanket and resistance bands and wrist / ankle weights if desired.
Please bring an exercise mat or picnic blanket, a water bottle and be wearing your gym kit!
