This activity is usually led by Amy has been teaching people to live and mo free and thrive in every stage of their lives for over 10 years. She is loved by her students for her positivity and attention to detail.
Amy has helped pregnant women to have an enjoyable pain free pregnancy for 10 years and managed to have a completely wonderful pregnancy of her own in 2019/2020.
Classes focus on building strength, maintaining mobility and preparing your body for birth through a mixed Yoga and movement style. You will feel so safe and supported in Amy's hands and be providing yourself with the best chance to have the easiest pregnancy you can.

If you can't make it in person or the class is full you can join in online by booking through the link above or through Happity.
For covid reasons, you will need to bring your own mat and blankets. You can also purchase these at the studiol.
