Description
The benefits of regular exercise don't go away when you become pregnant, if anything, they increase. Pilates can help minimise back pain during pregnancy, strengthen your core and pelvic floor as well as helping your body feel ready for your new baby. The classes are specially tailored to support you throughout your pregnancy.
NB: Sessions in July and August may take place in Activ8 Pilates studio WD23 1DJ
