This activity is usually led by Felicity Wright - Felicity is a Kiwi, mother of two, living and working in London. She originally moved to the UK in 2007 to pursue her career in Musical Theatre. She first came to yoga after picking up a performance injury. Using yoga to recuperate and as a way to stay ‘show fit’ in between roles, she began to notice a deeper connection to the practice, as well as a physical/mental balance happening. The more she practiced yoga, the more she realised how therapeutic it was and wanted to share this knowledge and experience with others. It was then she decided to pursue teaching herself. Felicity studied Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga in traditional Primary Series and Rocket with the Yoga People in 2013. After a few years of teaching she qualified as a Prenatal and Postnatal yoga instructor, with Apple Yoga. Felicity has taught all over London, the UK and New Zealand, including teaching for such studios as The Shala, Yogarise, Yogasphere (Yoga at The Shard), Hotpod Yoga, and Breeze Yoga.

Discover how yoga can help you stretch, strengthen and balance both body and mind. Whether you are new to yoga or reconnecting with it, these classes will restore your sense of well-being as well as deepen your bond with your baby. Just be sure you have had your eight week check from your GP. From newborn babies to pre-walkers!
