Mommies are welcome to work out with or without little ones. In this class we will focus on mom's fitness through dance and fitness exercises!
Body strengthening, with focus on core, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor
Toning legs, arms and abdominal muscles
Cardiovascular work out though dance
Releasing tension in the neck, shoulders and spine
