Description
Having a baby is hard! Baby Talk exists to provide a safe place for parents of babies under one to meet each other, eat some cake, drink some coffee and process the highs and lows of parenting in the early days. Each week we have coffee, tea and cake; bubbles and a short song time for the babies; lots of time for chatting with one another and a short focused discussion on a topic relevant to being a mum (such as self-care, post-partum bodies, returning to work and coping with a changing identity).
We hope this group will enable you to talk, make friends and feel a bit less isolated.
