It's Mum's turn. This class focuses on core and pelvic floor strengthening postnatally plus stretching out tight neck, shoulders and back from all that feeding and cuddling!
A blend of gentle, effective Pilates exercises and Yoga-based stretches. Babies are with Mum all the time and enjoy floaty fabric, toys and some Baby Yoga woven throughout to keep them engaged and entertained.
Mums are also welcome to work alone if baby is sleeping or happy to play alongside.
There is always time at the end of the class for supportive chat amongst the Mums.
All classes are recorded in case you miss the live class; would prefer to wait for the video; or simply want to repeat the class.
