Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy.

An evening online class for pregnant mums to carve out time to rest and bond with their baby ahead of birth.

Enjoy gentle, effective Pilates exercises and Yoga-based stretches to soothe aches and pains; strengthen for birth; and relax.

This type of exercise can be helpful to ease mild to moderate anxiety and depression too.

Breathing, visualisation and positions for labour and birth are practiced each class in a simple, straightforward and easy to follow way, flowing seamlessly with the class.

A small, supportive community of lovely Mums.

We start off with a short discussion on an aspect of labour, birth or mothering before moving into the main class.

We finish with a deep relaxation which often helps to provide a good night's sleep, that night. Ideal for complete beginners through to intermediates.

All classes are recorded in case you miss the live class; would prefer to wait for the video; or simply want to repeat the class. .
