**Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy**

We start each class with a short discussion on a birthing or mothering topic, followed by about 45 minutes of Pilates and Yoga-based exercises (no experience necessary) to strengthen your body for birth and ease common pregnancy aches and pains. In the class you will also prepare for labour through breathing exercises to help work through contractions; and learning different positions to shorten labour. We finish with a deep relaxation that should help you sleep well that night.

Once a month we make time at the end of the session for a biscuit, a drink and mum-chat. We offer a safe space for mums to catch up with friends, make new ones or discuss more pressing matters that may be playing on their minds.
