Perfect to attend after an introductory Newborn Nurture course when younger babies are familiar with Massage. However older babies (of at least 6 months) may be able to join the group without having previous experience of baby massage. Suitable for non mobile and crawling babies, some early walkers may also be best in this group. For confident independent walkers the Tiny Tots Yoga sessions may be more appropriate.

Enjoy the chance to continue to practice the massage routine and other techniques you've already learnt, as well as developing the massage and yoga routines to carry on being fun as your baby grows and becomes stronger and more active.

Our focus is always on making time for relaxation and connection with your baby, so sessions will never be very fast paced. But as babies grow additional sensory play opportunities will be added as part of their massage.
