Description

My IAIM Baby Massage course is more than just a class, it’s a wonderful support group for new mums. IAIM Baby Massage is a complete nurturing touch and communication experience that deepens the bond between you and your baby.

IAIM Baby massage places much emphasis on communication and my classes provide the safe space and time for you to observe and understand your baby’s cues in a relaxed and secure environment.

The aim of these sessions is to teach basic, safe strokes whilst building your confidence and making you feel empowered as a parent. Providing you with the tools to respond and soothe your baby. Remember dads can massage their baby too! Studies have shown that positive touch with infants leads to healthy physical and brain development.

Some of the many amazing benefits of baby massage include:
infant-parent attachment or ‘bonding’
Relaxation
Makes baby feel loved
Boosts immune system
Helps digestion, wind, colic and constipation
Promotes better sleep
Facilitates body awareness
Sensory stimulation

**Suitable for babies upto 12 months

Come along & meet other Mama's. It’s truly is a fantastic opportunity to feel supported and embraced amongst like-minded new mums. It is a wonderful & safe space to chat and enjoy some post-class treats.
