Practicing yoga together gives mamas and their babies a special bonding time, playing, moving, breathing and relaxing together in a safe supportive environment.
Specialised post-natal yoga enables mum’s to reconnect with their bodies, whilst gentle baby yoga can help with colic, digestion, sleep and aid development. Coming together with a group of mamas who are facing similar challenges will reassure her that she is not alone.
Mamas often build a social network in class whom they can rely on for ongoing friendship and support. Mum and baby yoga is probably the most yogic yoga in the world, as mamas (and teachers) quickly learn that things don’t always work out as you planned. It’s great to accept that you may not manage as much as you expected too, and that’s fine, it’s life as a mum!
Suitable for mama's with babies aged 6 weeks (10 weeks post C-Section, forceps or 4th tear. I create a relaxed, fun environment where you can feed/change whenever you need to & keep your little one happy.
Come along & meet other Mama's. It’s truly is a fantastic opportunity to feel supported and embraced amongst like-minded new mums. It is a wonderful & safe space to chat and enjoy some post class treats.
