Every woman is different. Every pregnancy is different. Every birth is different.
This 2 hour birthing workshop is ideal for expectant mothers (from 32 weeks) and their birth partner. It is a wonderful opportunity to explore and prepare you both for the various stages of labour and birth.
We will talk about the numerous ways which you can be supported through your journey by using breath, touch and sound, movement, resting positions, relaxation & meditation and ofcourse affirmations and visualisation.
Birth partners (your chosen person to be with you during you labour & birth) have a important role and this workshop unravels all the tools a partner can utilise on the day.
During the workshop we cover the following:
The importance of a calm state of mind
Creating a safe and optimum atmosphere
Learn active birth positions
Breathing techniques for the various stages of labour
1 hour yoga flow with your birth partner
Pelvic Floor Practice
