NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
This online postnatal class replaces our regular in-person class. Ofcourse if your baby is awake during the class I will do my always incorporate baby into the flow of the class. But if baby is asleep, then this class will purely focus on you. The yoga sessions shall help support you mentally, physically and physiologically too. They will help you build strength, reconnect you with your womb space, relieve any aches, feel more relaxed and will improve sleep, whilst gentle baby yoga can help with colic, digestion, sleep and aid development.
I believe that during this pandemic all new mamas need more support now than ever before. Which is why I’ve offered this online class as the next best option to face to face classes.
