Pregnancy yoga is a wonderful way to connect with your baby whilst maintaining a healthy mind and body connection.
Our empowering and holistic approach to Prenatal Yoga shall undoubtedly enhance your journey during this precious time and can really enable mothers-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Our classes are community focused, rich with supportive information to help women enjoy their pregnancy with minimal discomfort, cultivate breath awareness and strengthen the body in preparation for labour and birth.
Available from 12-14 weeks (Please ensure you have had your 1st scan prior to booking your 1st class and have approval from GP/Midwife)
Pregnancy Yoga with Mediation
Please ensure you are dressed in comfortable clothing, have plenty of space around you and have your yoga props to hand...mat, bricks, blocks, a blanket and maybe even a birthing ball if you have one. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
