NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
Buggyfit is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out while connecting you to other local mums. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
If this is your first class, I will ask you to complete a health questionnaire prior to attending. No equipment needed but if you have a resistance band, feel free to use it.
