This short HIIT-style class is for mums for mums who have done some exercise since giving birth and are ready to increase the intensity of their workout. Think Buggyfit with weights so still low-impact but less of a focus on core and pelvic floor. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand.
