NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
This 30-minute HIIT-style class is for mums who have done some exercise since giving birth and are ready to increase the intensity of their workout. Think Buggyfit so still low-impact but less of a focus on core and pelvic floor. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand. Please have a mat and water bottle to hand. Tuesdays = cardio, Thursdays = light weights (dumbbells or cans of soup!).
