High-intensity boxing-inspired exercise class for mums (6+ months postnatal)

NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
This is a high-intensity class where we mix boxing moves (jabs, crosses, hooks, upper cuts etc) with specific exercises that will improve your boxing fitness and really get your heart rate up! Low-impact options given for each exercise. Taught by a qualified Boxercise instructor and Pre- and Postnatal trainer. This class is suitable for mums who are at least 6 months postnatal and who have done some exercise since giving birth. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
This low-impact, high-intensity class is for mums who are at least 6 months postpartum and who have done some exercise since having a baby. No equipment needed but do grab a bottle of water as you'll be sweating!
