Buggyfit is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out while connecting you to other local mums. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up. This class is currently FREE - please email me directly at [email protected] to sign up.
Please make sure that you've had your 6-week check-up with your GP prior to attending your first class.
