Outdoor class - we meet to the east of the children's playground, nearest gate: Corney road

NB: This event MUST be booked in advance. No drop-ins.
This class is taught by an Antenatal corrective exercise specialist and women's health coach. It's suitable from 12 weeks pregnant and through to birth. We work through all the muscles in the body, strengthening and stretching where need be, and modifications are offered for any pregnancy issues such as carpal tunnel syndrome and pelvic girdle pain. Please bring a mat (resistance band provided).
