Buggyfit is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out while connecting you to other local mums. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.

Please bring your own mat/blanket as well as a resistance band if you have one. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness. From 6 weeks postpartum once you have received clearance from your GP. I will ask you to complete a short online health questionnaire ahead of your first class.
