Buggyfit is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and part of the established Buggyfit brand, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out while connecting you to other local mums. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up. Please email me at [email protected] if you have any questions.
From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your check-up with your GP. Class delivered by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer and mum of 2. You will need to complete a health questionnaire prior to your first class. Please bring your own mat/towel/blanket and a resistance band if you have one as we are not allowed to share equipment.
