Description

In each session you work to your own ability, increasing your fitness and stamina week on week. It is a safe and effective low-impact full-body workout for new mums. We strengthen all the muscles that got weaker during pregnancy: the core (including the pelvic floor), back, glutes and arms. Taught by a qualified pre- and postnatal trainer, this class is designed to strengthen you from the inside out. From 6-8 weeks postnatal following your GP check-up.
