Description
We’ll take you on a fun fitness journey with a high energy postnatal fitness class set to music which will leave you buzzing afterwards! The class involves heart-pumping aerobics & dance, helping to tone beautiful mummy curves and some stretching and core work.
Share this enjoyable class with your baby – either resting in your car seat/carrier or playing with their baby friends on our comfy cushions/duvets with toys.
