A relaxed yet focused class, specially developed by busylizzy for post-natal mums wanting to get back into pre-pregnancy shape. Our innovative approach takes traditional Pilates principles such as stretching, strengthening and realigning the body and tailors them for new mummies, so expect to work those stubborn areas affected by pregnancy and labour, and tone those pesky pelvic floor and abdominals!

Please note that you do not exercise with your your baby, traditionally you would bring your baby to class and have them safely on a mat or in a car seat or buggy nearby while you exercise and you would go at your own pace and stop and feed or cuddle baby when needed...the difference is now you can just press pause :)

Busylizzy is streaming 22 live classes a week to your home, whether you are looking for pregnancy fitness (4 classes a week), postnatal fitness (7 classes a week), baby classes (6 classes a week) or toddler classes (4 classes a week), we have it all plus relevant talks on topics like 'Coronavirus and Pregnancy', 'Better Baby Sleep' and 'Introduction to Hypnobirthing'. All classes and talks are also available to catchup or repeat anytime. All this for only £20 a month, no joining fee and no minimum term, 1 month cancellation notice and 14 day cooling off period applies.
